INFUSE is seeking a strategic Team Lead, Learning and Development to guide the Instructional Design team and collaborate with stakeholders across the company. You will coordinate project timelines, secure approvals, and ensure smooth workflow for learning programs.

The role requires strong AI literacy and English communication, with experience scaling learning initiatives and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of mid-/senior-level ID or L&D experience.
• 1+ year of team coordination or project management in learning.
• Strong AI literacy with experience creating GPTs is a plus.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across internal and external teams.
• Highly organized with proactive mindset.
• Team-player who can drive progress in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate learning design projects with designers.
• Translate plans into clear tasks and monitor progress.
• Be main contact for other teams and stakeholders.
• Organize and track project approvals and reviews.
• Support people management like assigning projects and capacity.
• Develop and manage a few of your own e-learning projects.
• Support training launches and client-facing communication.
• Contribute to process improvements for scalability.
