Qualifications

• Higher education or equivalent professional experience in information systems or data analytics.
• Experience in service-quality management and IT operations analytics.
• Proficient with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong KPI definition and data validation skills.
• Experience with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service-performance dashboards and recurring operational reports using Power BI or comparable BI tools.
• Monitor service KPIs and ticket data to identify trends, ageing cases, operational risks and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze incidents, complaints, customer-satisfaction feedback and other service-quality indicators.
• Perform data-quality checks and validate reporting logic to ensure trustworthy management information.
• Conduct structured deep-dives and root-cause analyses with stakeholders across teams.
• Turn analytical findings into concise reports and presentations with clear recommendations and owners.
