Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon seeks an experienced Automation & AI Lead to manage end-to-end use cases, from ideation to rollout. You will coordinate with HR business stakeholders and technical teams across the project lifecycle, ensuring value delivery and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Multiple years of experience in automation, AI, software development, solution design or business process optimization.
• Experience leading automation/AI projects from concept to implementation.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage automation & AI use cases end-to-end from idea to rollout.
• Plan and coordinate projects with scope, milestones, risks, and resources.
• Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to translate requirements into automation use cases.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, HR IT, external partners and solution teams.
• Assess opportunities considering business value, feasibility, and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specs.
• Facilitate workshops to analyze processes and define implementation approaches.
• Understand HR IT landscape and ensure architecture alignment.
• Support design discussions on automation platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Oversee proof-of-concepts, pilots, testing and implementation activities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues and escalations; drive decisions.
• Monitor solutions and identify optimization opportunities for scaling.
