Job summary

DataSmart ищет старшего инженера по разработке с опытом внедрения ИИ-агентов и разработки платформ. Ваша работа будет охватывать оркестрацию агентов, DevOps и создание внутреннего developer platform. Требуется проживание в Португалии и владение английским на уровне C1+.

Qualifications

• 8+ лет опыта разработки ПО, на старших или лид-уровнях
• Убедительный опыт развёртывания ИИ-агентов в продакшене
• Глубокие знания оркестрации ИИ-агентов, MCP и оценочных frameworks
• Опыт Platform Engineering, DevOps и CI/CD
• Python и TypeScript
• Облачная инфраструктура (GCP) и Terraform
• Разработка внутренних платформ, CLI или workflow-движков
• Свободное владение английским (C1+)
• Проживание в Португалии, старт в течение 30 дней

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать агентные пайплайны, инструменты и автоматизацию на всём SDLC
• Разрабатывать и внедрять ИИ-агентов в продакшн (оркестрация, MCP, контекст‑инжиниринг)
• Внедрять рамки оценки, охранные механизмы и качества вывода ИИ
• Строить и оптимизировать CI/CD, инфраструктурную автоматизацию и внутренний tooling
• Интегрировать AI‑потоки с Jira, системами контроля версий и CI/CD
• Повышать инженерную эффективность, надёжность и опыт разработчика
• Взять ответственность за сложные технические задачи и автономно реализовывать решения

Задачи:

• Design and build agentic development workflows, tools, and automation across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develop, deploy, and integrate AI agents in production environments, including orchestration, tool usage, MCP servers, and context engineering.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and quality checks to ensure reliable and consistent AI-generated outputs.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and internal developer tooling.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows with enterprise systems, including Jira, source control platforms, and CI/CD tools.
• Improve engineering efficiency, system reliability, and overall developer experience.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges, evaluate alternative solutions, and independently drive implementation.

Требования:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including senior or lead-level responsibilities.
• Proven hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in real-world production environments.
• Experience limited to proof-of-concepts or theoretical knowledge will not be sufficient.
• Strong expertise in AI agent orchestration, MCP, and evaluation frameworks.
• Solid background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience developing internal developer platforms, CLIs, or workflow engines.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and developer productivity practices.
• Hands-on experience using agentic coding tools in day-to-day software development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English at C1 level or above.
• Must be currently residing in Portugal and available to start within 30 days, ideally sooner Будет плюсом: Familiarity with Kotlin, Go, or Rust is a plus
