You'll work a 40-hour week with 24/7 rotating shifts, schedules provided 10 days in advance, and enjoy a stable contract with potential for permanence after 2 years.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer support for ads or tech platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve advertiser issues related to ad campaigns, accounts, payments, and platform functionality.
• Guide clients on advertising policies, guidelines, and technical setups.
• Troubleshoot ad delivery, creation, billing, and account performance issues.
• Deliver fast, empathetic customer service via email, chat, and phone.
