Decskill is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and operation of production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions. You will combine hands-on software engineering with technical ownership of architecture, delivery quality, security, and engineering standards to translate business objectives into reliable AI-enabled services.

You will work within an international Agile and DevOps environment, guiding engineering teams across the full service lifecycle and mentoring

Qualificações

• Experience leading AI agent and service engineering initiatives.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Kotlin and production-ready engineering practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, deployment automation, and Agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and operation of production-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Own architecture, delivery quality, security, and engineering standards for AI-enabled services.
• Guide engineering teams through full lifecycle in an international Agile/DevOps setting and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
