Findmore Consulting S.A. is seeking a senior AI engineer to lead the design, development, and operation of production-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.

You will own architecture, code quality, and security, translating business goals into scalable AI-enabled services. You will mentor teams across the full lifecycle—from requirements through deployment—while ensuring observability, performance, and robust guardrails.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience leading AI agent and service engineering initiatives with hands-on development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment automation.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and tool calling.
• Security, data protection, and Responsible AI focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and operation of production-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Provide hands-on software engineering and technical ownership of architecture and standards.
• Translate business objectives into reliable, scalable AI-enabled services.
• Mentor engineering teams across full service lifecycle and guardrails.
• Define architectures for orchestration, memory strategies, observability and error handling.
• Work with AI data and search technologies across SQL/NoSQL, vector stores, and semantic retrieval.
• Guide CI/CD, automated testing, deployment automation, and code reviews.
• Ensure security and responsible AI throughout the AI service lifecycle.
