Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an Aerostructures IT Project Manager to drive planning, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives. You will coordinate project activities, manage risks, and deliver regular progress reports while supporting leadership with hands-on execution and stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a matrix organization, strong communication, and willingness to travel, with a hybrid work model and a modern office environment in Lisbon.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end.
• Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel; German language is a plus.
• Business fluent English.

Job Description

We are looking for a Aerostructures IT Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities - your mission

• Establishes and maintains detailed planning, workload estimations, project budget, and capacity balancing.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and within cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills and quick comprehension will help you in our environment
• Interest in, or previous exposure to, the financial or risk management environment
• German language skills are an advantage
• Business fluent English
• Experience in G Suite and AI tools
• Willingness to travel
