ICEYE is seeking a Stock & Logistics Manager in Lisbon, Portugal, to lead the movement of materials and finished goods across multiple manufacturing sites. You will own inventory management, warehousing, and inbound/outbound logistics, collaborating with Procurement, Production Planning, and Quality to keep materials flowing as ICEYE scales.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in a logistics environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with inbound/outbound shipping flows.
• Experience managing a team and scaling operations.
• Experience with an ERP system such as SAP.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end flow of materials, components, and finished goods across ICEYE's manufacturing sites to support production schedules.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and carrier coordination.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, ITAR, EAR, and dual-use export controls.
