Ai Research Company in Lisbon seeks a customer-focused team member for a full-time role delivering AI ad tool support across chat, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot ad delivery, billing, account management, and campaign setups from our riverside campus.

The position offers a monthly gross package of €1,248.33 plus a €154 meal allowance and a potential monthly bonus of up to €200, with 22 days of annual leave and a 15-day onboarding program.
