Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is looking for an Advertiser Support Representative to provide customer support to advertisers, resolve technical issues, and guide users through advertising tools and features. This on-site role requires strong communication and the ability to work in a multilingual team.

You will handle chat, email, and phone inquiries, assist with pre- and post-sales needs, troubleshoot account problems, report bugs, and help SMEs achieve advertising goals.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Turkish and English (B1).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service or technical support experience is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced multilingual environment.

Job Description:

Provide customer support to advertisers, helping businesses resolve technical issues, understand advertising tools, and improve their overall advertising experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support advertisers via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide pre- and post-sales assistance.
• Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues.
• Guide customers on advertising products, tools, and features.
• Report bugs and identify recurring issues affecting multiple clients.
• Support small and medium-sized businesses in achieving their advertising goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Turkish and English(B1).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service or technical support experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Working Conditions:

• 17-day training provided.
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday.
• Rotational shifts between 06:00–23:00.
• Documentation: EU Passport OR Portuguese residency permit
