Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon on-site at the Green Campus seeks an Operations Customer Expert to deliver high-quality, reactive support across multiple channels for users of cutting-edge AI technologies and paid digital marketing campaigns.

You will handle ad and campaign support, billing inquiries, account optimization, and proactive user guidance on new features and tools, working in a 40-hour week with early/late shifts. Fluency in English and at least 6 months in digital marketing are required.
