Willis Towers Watson’s Lisbon Hub seeks a Project Assistant for the Actuarial team. You’ll join the Lisbon Hub and the Project Assistance Office to coordinate actuarial work for clients, serving as the essential link between clients, Lisbon Hub teams, and actuaries.

Your duties include managing recurring tasks, client communications, project plans, data exchanges, and invoicing while maintaining detailed documentation in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Proactive attitude with initiative and seeking support when needed.

What will you do?
