Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting, commerce, economics or finance; Masters in finance is a plus.
• Portuguese language proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2).
• Experience with AP processes, invoice processing and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices and maintaining AP records.
• Process invoices with PO / Non-PO; review for satisfactory payment approval.
• Verify extensions and totals, apply discounts where applicable.
• Prepare vouchers with invoice data per accounting policies.
• Vendor reconciliation and manage vendor payments cycle.
