Qualificações

• Bacharelado em Economia, Finanças, Contabilidade, Administração ou área relacionada.
• Experiência em controles contábeis, reconciliações, investigações ou atividades bancárias operacionais.
• Conhecimento sólido de Mercados Financeiros e princípios contábeis.
• Experiência com Power BI e ferramentas de IA aplicadas a processos.

Responsabilidades

• Analisar processos e aprimorar as tarefas diárias.
• Apoiar a Gestão em novas soluções Power BI e IA.
• Interagir com entidades internas/externas para informações adicionais de entradas não identificadas.
• Escalar itens em aberto não resolvidos ao Team Leader e mitigar riscos conforme o quadro de controle.
• Aprimorar reconciliações com Excel avançado e macros.

Accounting Control Investigations Officer

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an Accounting Control Investigations Officer to join a project within the banking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting reconciliations between transaction systems and accounting platforms, investigating operational and accounting discrepancies, and supporting process optimization initiatives. You will work closely with operational teams, management, and multiple stakeholders, contributing to risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and the continuous improvement of reconciliation and control processes through data-driven solutions, including Power BI and Artificial Intelligence tools.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

Analyzing processes and working on the improvements of the daily Tasks.

Supporting Management on new PowerBI's and IA solutions.

Interact with all needed internal and/or external entities in order to get additional information for unidentified entries; and maintain Communication Channels with internal business teams.

Escalate unresolved open items to the Team Leader; understand the risks inherent to the daily activity and the existing Control Framework to mitigate the risks identified and take corrective measures/actions along with the Team Leader.

Advanced in Excel and Macros and able to Improve reconcilations.

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting controls, reconciliations, investigations, or operational banking activities.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Markets and accounting principles.
• Experience working with Power BI.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application to business process optimization. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and automation functionalities.
• Fluency in English.
