Michael Page is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager for a growing international Shared Services Centre in Porto, Portugal. You will lead end-to-end AP operations, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy and strong controls across multiple entities.

You will drive process standardization, KPI governance and stakeholder collaboration while coaching a high-performing team through transformation initiatives including automation and digitalization to reduce manual work and improve straight-through

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay or Finance Operations.
• Experience managing teams in an international or shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, controls and risk management.
• Demonstrated success in KPI management and process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable operation across multiple entities.
• Manage daily AP activities, resource planning and workload distribution.
• Standardize processes, service levels and operating procedures.
• Drive automation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high-performing AP team and manage stakeholder relationships.
