Michael Page is partnering with a global client in Porto to recruit an Accounts Receivable Team Leader. You will lead a finance operations team, drive end-to-end O2C processes, and ensure service quality in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus. The role offers growth, exposure to transformation initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading finance operations teams, preferably within shared services.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and related controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Proven ability to improve processes and deliver measurable results.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and excellent organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a finance operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor key metrics and drive actions for service excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance across finance operations.
• Promote standardised processes across multiple business areas.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders as a trusted partner.
