Air Liquide ALEBS seeks an Accounts Payables specialist in Portugal to manage general AP activities, process invoices and credit notes, and handle supplier queries in a dynamic, multinational environment.

With 1+ year in a similar role and fluency in English and Bulgarian, you will support payments, reconciliations and master data updates while contributing to our global operating excellence and diverse team culture.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy (Nice to have).
• More than 1 year in similar function.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Bulgarian (written and spoken).
• Experience in Business Services Center is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational company is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general accounts payables activities ensuring payments on time concerning respective analysis/reconciliations in line with quality and corporate standards
• Process invoices and credit notes
• Manage supplier queries
• Prepare payment proposals
• Execute supplier reconciliations (debtor & creditor balance)
• Execute standard controls
• Process Advance/Urgent payments
• Allocate Direct debit, manual payments, lodge cards
• Report needs for bank details changes in Master Data
• Support on other operational tasks
