Adecco is seeking an Accounting Specialist with 3–10 years of experience to join a dynamic team focused on operational excellence and accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate with a leading energy sector client in an international environment, supporting activities across foreign markets.

The role covers SAP-based accounting, reconciliations, monthly analysis, investments, audits support, and cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• IFRS knowledge is valued.
• SAP FI/AA/MM/SD experience is valued.
• Power Query or automation tools knowledge is valued.
• Fluent English; Spanish knowledge valued.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records in SAP (invoices/purchases, fixed assets, sales, provisions, and accruals).
• Perform account reconciliations and monthly trial balance analysis.
• Record, monitor, and control financial investments.
• Provide accounting information to support tax assessments.
• Prepare and analyze annual accounts and financial statements.
• Monitor balances and transactions between Group companies.
• Prepare information for internal controls and audits.
• Participate in projects and collaborate with different areas to improve processes.

• Maintain accounting records in SAP (invoices/purchases, fixed assets, sales, provisions, and accruals);
• Perform account reconciliations;
• Conduct monthly trial balance analysis;
• Record, monitor, and control financial investments;
• Provide accounting information to support tax assessments;
• Prepare and analyze annual accounts and financial statements;
• Monitor balances and transactions between Group companies;
• Prepare information for internal controls and audits;
• Participate in projects and collaborate with different areas of the organization as required;
• Propose solutions to standardize, automate, improve, and simplify processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles;
• Knowledge of IFRS standards is highly valued;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is highly valued;
• Practical knowledge of SAP (FI, AA, MM, SD modules) is highly valued;
• Knowledge of Power Query or other automation tools is also valued.

What We Offer

• Hybrid work model with 2 remote working days per week;
