Adecco Recursos Humanos is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on operational excellence and accurate accounting. The role involves maintaining SAP records, performing reconciliations, and supporting audits in an international environment involving foreign markets.

The ideal candidate has a accounting degree, at least 3 years of experience, strong Excel and IFRS knowledge, and English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accounting records in SAP (invoices/purchases, fixed assets, sales, provisions, and accruals)
• Perform account reconciliations
• Conduct monthly trial balance analysis
• Record, monitor, and control financial investments
• Provide accounting information to support tax assessments
• Prepare and analyze annual accounts and financial statements
• Monitor balances and transactions between Group companies
• Prepare information for internal controls and audits
• Participate in projects and collaborate with different areas of the organization as required
• Propose solutions to standardize, automate, improve, and simplify processes and procedures

We are looking for an Accountant to join a dynamic team focused on operational excellence, accounting accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records in SAP (invoices/purchases, fixed assets, sales, provisions, and accruals)
• Perform account reconciliations
• Conduct monthly trial balance analysis
• Record, monitor, and control financial investments
• Provide accounting information to support tax assessments
• Prepare and analyze annual accounts and financial statements

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles
• Knowledge of IFRS standards is highly valued
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is highly valued
• Practical knowledge of SAP (FI, AA, MM, SD modules) is highly valued
• Knowledge of Power Query or other automation tools is also valued

What We Offer

• Working hours 900 AM to 600 PM
• Hybrid work model with 2 remote working days per week

Compensation

Base Salary

• 1,550 (35 years of experience)

Additional Benefits

• Meal Allowance 6/day (paid in cash)
• Attendance Bonus 200/month
• Language Bonus 150/month
