Adentis Portugal is looking for a data-focused Business Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. You will gather and document data-related requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitate workshops with business, IT, and data stakeholders.

Work will involve mapping data flows, ensuring traceability, and supporting Agile delivery teams. Fluency in English is mandatory, and banking domain experience is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data, analytics or banking environments.
• Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of data flows, source-to-target mapping, data lineage and data quality concepts.
• Experience in Agile environments, including backlog refinement, prioritization and dependency management.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and business teams.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Experience with banking or financial services projects is highly valued.
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with developers, testers, data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Document business processes, functional specifications and analysis clearly for both technical and business audiences.
