Decskill is hiring an Access Manager to oversee identity and access controls for our IT environments in Lisbon. You will review access requests, coordinate deactivations, and ensure data security and license management.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications include 0–2 years in a similar role, a degree in IT-related fields, and experience with SAP IAM, VMware, Azure, AWS, and ServiceNow.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, especially SAP access management.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure appropriate software licenses are assigned to all users.
• Coordinate the Terminator Project decommissioning requests, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

We are looking for an Access Manager!

Responsabilities:

• Review and approve user access requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Manage the deactivation of user access when required.
• Ensure the security and integrity of organizational data through effective access management.
• Ensure that all users have the appropriate software licenses assigned.
• Manage the scope of the Terminator Project by coordinating decommissioning requests, ensuring timely delivery and quality of execution.
• Build and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and management information to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, particularly SAP access management.
• Basic knowledge of hypervisor technologies, such as VMware.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Intermediate knowledge of Project Management, reporting, and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
