Claranet limited is seeking an Access Manager in Lisbon to integrate the talent team. Responsibilities include approving and provisioning user access across systems, ensuring data security, and managing user access compliance.

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of relevant experience, a degree in Computer Engineering or similar, and knowledge of IAM, SAP, and operating systems. Strong communication skills and adaptability to change are essential.

Right now, we are looking for a Access Manager to integrate our talent team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Approve and provision user access across systems
• Deactivate and remove user access
• Ensure data security and compliance with access policies
• Ensure proper licensing for all users
• Manage decommissioning requests within the Terminator Project, ensuring deadlines and quality
• Produce project reporting and management information to support decision-making

You must have:

• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar (preferred)
• Knowledge of IAM (Identity & Access Management) and SAP access management
• Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux)
• Intermediate knowledge of Cloud (Azure and AWS)
• Basic knowledge of hypervisors (VMware)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow), project management, and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change
