Job summary
A tech-focused international company is seeking a Senior Guidewire Developer to lead projects in the insurance and technology sectors. We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our team and work on projects for clients from the insurance and technology sectors in Scandinavia. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role – mentoring mid-level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes.

- Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter or BillingCenter or Integrations
- Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
- Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
- Openness to occasional travel
