As part of our strategic transformation journey, the DFO project is a major ERP initiative to replace legacy systems with D365F&SCM, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and global scalability. You will join a global, diverse, and agile team spanning Denmark, Poland, and beyond, working collaboratively across time zones to roll out and continuously improve our cloud-based ERP template. As a Functional Consultant, you’ll bridge business needs with ERP capabilities—advising stakeholders, streamlining processes, and driving successful rollouts.

Lead the functional design and implementation of D365F&SCM modules, ensuring alignment with the global ERP template and business objectives, and utilizing Microsoft Best Practices and standards where possible
Act as an experienced advisor to business stakeholders, facilitating complex process and technical problem-solving
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead optimization efforts across wholesale companies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and knowledge transfer
Act as the change ambassador when working with system enhancements coming from epics, strategic projects, or feature requests
Facilitate super user training and UAT testing, as well as deliverables like CRP and process introductions
Participate in project activities, contributing business knowledge and application insights
Have 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with D365F&SCM or AX2012, ideally in global rollouts and multi-cultural enterprises
Possess strong understanding of wholesale, supply chain, and/or finance processes
Have a proven ability to lead functional workstreams and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Have experience working in agile or hybrid project environments
Communicate fluently in English and bring a collaborative mindset to team projects
