Weare looking for anactive and thoughtful professional who will strengthen our team as a Lead Python Developer.

• Participate in introducing new technologies to promote innovation
• Collaborate with Project Managers tosolve customer problems
• Design and implement Python microservices working with AI / ML / LLM libraries

• 5+ years ofexperience with Python
• Experience and running in production agentic and multi-agent workflows engines, such as LangGraph, CrewAI or similar
• Experience working with LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndexor similar
• Experience advanced RAG techniques (GraphRag, MemoRAG, Reranking or similar)Experience with LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral AIor similar

Nice to have:

• Excellent understanding ofboth NoSQL and SQL databases
• Experience with AWS (orsimilar services like GCP orAzure)
• Strong Software Design knowledge, SOLID principles
• Experience with modern backend frameworks Node.js or Express.js
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or similar)
• Experience with Streamlit for building UI
• Familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence / Cognitive Services or AWS Sagemaker and Textract
• Knowledge ofAgile (preferably SCRUM) development practices
