The role involves legal advice and drafting for the company's group, focusing on corporate governance and compliance with securities law. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of relevant experience and strong analytical and communication skills, with tasks ranging from legal document preparation to compliance monitoring. - 6+ years practicing corporate and securities law, preferably in-house or at an international law firm.
- Working knowledge of MAR related obligations.
- Advanced English skills are essential.
Responsabilidades
- Draft legal documents including resolutions and meeting minutes.
- Provide legal advice on securities law and corporate governance.
- Analyze business and legal risks associated with company activities.
