Job description

We are seeking an medical leader to manage and develop the Medical Advisors Team. The role combines scientific leadership, strategic medical input for portfolio and commercial activities, and oversight of medical‑legal compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Medical Advisors Team.
  • Monitor global medical knowledge and therapeutic trends to support company strategy and portfolio development.
  • Provide medical expertise for portfolio decisions, product concepts, and feasibility processes.
  • Support Commercial teams with scientific communication, promotional strategy, and medical consultations.
  • Deliver medical education to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure medical‑legal compliance and supervise the EML approval process.
  • Manage KPIs, resources, training, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Broad medical and pharmacological knowledge.
  • Experience in portfolio development and working in an international environment.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in pharma.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong collaboration, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in trainings/presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI‑based tools.
