A leading IT consulting firm in Bydgoszcz is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to oversee organizational policies, manage global permissions, and develop CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
- Previous work with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Knowledge of MS Azure cloud infrastructure management.

IT Operations Competence Center has over 500 specialists. Our projects include over 400,000 users in 3200 different locations. The team supports clients in four main areas: Service Desk, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and ServiceNow, realizing a lot of various projects for Polish and international clients.
- Maintaining and reviewing organizational policies
- Managing global permissions, helping PUMA in developing global strategy
- Integrating GitHub with other tools and services used by PUMA
- Ensuring the security of the organization's data on Enterprise GitHub
- Continuous development of GitHub service, integration for deployment tools
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins)
- Previous work with tools and systems like Terraform, Ansible
- Knowledge of tools for developing, managing and maintaining MS Azure cloud infrastructure
- Scripting skills – Bash/Python/PowerShell on a good level
- Good English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Communication skills to collaborate directly with clients and other team members
