The Role: More Than Just Design Leadership

• Drive creative direction for ambitious, multi-year digital transformations
• Craft compelling product experiences across web, mobile, and brand touchpoints
• Lead and mentor our design team, fostering growth and innovation
• Collaborate directly with global clients, translating complex visions into elegant solutions
• Shape the future of digital products that impact millions of users

You're Perfect For This If

• You have substantial agency and/or relevant startup/scaleup experience crafting digital products
• Your portfolio shows a deep understanding of modern product and web design principles
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving complex challenges
• You're passionate about mentoring and elevating team performance
• You're based in the EU (our team is primarily in Poland, but we're fully remote-friendly)

Technical Requirements

• Expert-level Figma proficiency
• Experience with or willingness to learn Framer / Webflow / Adobe Creative Cloud / Similar
• Strong understanding of modern design tools and ability to quickly adapt to new ones

Compensation

• 6,500 PLN - 25,000 net (B2B) monthly
