Order Management Specialist (PH scheduling) page is loaded## Order Management Specialist (PH scheduling)locations: Lodztime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 565496### Job TitleOrder Management Specialist (PH scheduling)### Job Description**Job title:**The Order Management Scheduling role focuses on PH product allocation to customer orders, ensuring full and timely fulfillment in line with client expectations.**Your role:*** Ensure optimal allocation of products to customer orders, prioritizing complete fulfillment.* Work extensively with SAP and Excel reports generated from SAP data.* Manage orders for retail clients across multiple European markets* Processing order activities in SAP and other supporting applications* Handling all activities related to order intake, order processing, product and pricing information, warehouse communication* Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)* Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines**You're the right fit if:*** Bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience* Experience within Order Management* Knowledge of logistics / supply chain nice to have* Very good level of English* Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills* Good communication skills, Proactive**We offer:*** Annual bonus* Private medical care with option to extend it to family members* Benefit System cards* Discount for Philips’ products* Hybrid model of work**How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
