Currently, we are looking for a Junior Software Configuration Analyst to join our team and support our international client in the FinTech industry, a global provider of advanced regulatory and client lifecycle management solutions for the financial sector.

This position combines analytical thinking with hands‑on configuration work in a modern financial software environment. It’s a great opportunity for individuals passionate about finance and technology who want to grow within a rapidly evolving FinTech ecosystem.

Your Daily Missions
  • Participate in the configuration and maintenance of a complex FinTech platform used by international financial institutions.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into configuration tasks and system adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with implementation, QA, and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support client communication, gather feedback, and clarify business or technical requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and timely resolutions.
  • Continuously develop your understanding of both financial processes and technical tools.
  • Work in a hybrid model – minimum 2 days per week in the office
The Essentials We’re Seeking
  • A degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Finance, Banking, or related fields – solid understanding of the financial world is key.
  • Excellent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken – as the role involves direct interaction within international teams and clients.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex matters clearly and concisely.
  • Interest in technology and FinTech, with an open attitude toward working with IT tools and configuration tasks.
  • Analytical mindset – precision, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to break down complex requirements.
  • Proactive and curious attitude, eager to learn and grow within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior experience through internships or student programs in banking, financial services, Big4, or FinTech start‑ups or 2nd line support within the FinTech or financial systems environment are valued.
  • Evidence of tech or finance enthusiasm – e.g. exposure to basic coding, interest in crypto, or work with system configuration.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or working with QA/Development teams.
  • Experience in an international or fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills – outcome‑oriented mindset.
