We are looking for a Platform Engineer to work with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform is a flexible, cloud-based technology providing businesses with a centralized hub to access, manage and distribute all digital assets. You will be part of a cross functional team working with developing new features and functionality in platform along with integrations and maintenance.

The client is a successful SaaS company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Its main focus is on the Nordic market but also serve international customers around the globe. The client provides enterprise customers with central management and distribution of digital assets, often with integration to business-critical solutions such as PIM, ERP, MDM, e-commerce platforms, social media platforms etc.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Work closely with SRE, Head of Product and CTO to meet customer expectations and requirements in terms of uptime and automation;

• Be a key player in shipping new functionality to customers;

• Work closely with the rest of the team and the CTO to enhance the platform architecture, with an opportunity to influence the long term direction;

• Work with challenging assignments in an environment that promotes personal skill growth.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract

• UoP: 15 000 – 17 600 PLN gross/month

• B2B: 140 – 155 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Platform Engineer or in a similar position;

• Excellent knowledge of scripting languages like bash or Python;

• Excellent knowledge Kubernetes and Docker;

• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure as code in general and Terraform in particular;

• Excellent knowledge of AWS;

• Strong knowledge about CI/CD;

• Strong knowledge about observability tooling, such as Prometheus, the ELK stack and OTEL;

• Strong knowledge about system administration in Linux;

• Strong knowledge about relational databases in general and PostgreSQL in particular;

• Strong knowledge about common programming patterns and paradigms, such as object oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming;

• Fluency in English (C1) to work seamlessly in an international environment;

• Location in Poland.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Experience with version management in general and Git in particular;

• Experience with Agile methodologies;

• Experience with event buses like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar;

• Experience with networking in IPV4 and IPV6.
