We are currently seeking a dedicatedJunior Paid Search Specialistto join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

• Supporting the team in conducting Paid Search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Ads, Walmart Ads, Yahoo Ads, and others.

• Collaborating directly with global WPP media houses and agencies on SEM/SEAactivities for international markets (e.g., UK, USA, EMEA).

• Analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and offering targeted recommendations.

• Reporting andassistingin billing reconciliation (depending on the role).

• Participating in meetings with Offshore and Onshore teams.

• Gaining experience from theassistanceof more experienced professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Fluent in English (B2/C1).

• 0.5+ years of practical experience in Paid Search campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads. Experience with other platforms (Microsoft/Bing, Apple, Amazon, Walmart, Yahoo) is a strong bonus.

• Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio, GA4,Pacvue, Instacart, Criteo, GTM, and GMC is a plus.

• Eager to work directly from Poland (Warsaw,Poznań, or Kraków preferred).

• Enthusiasticabout learning new things, implementing, and testing new opportunities in the global market.

• Strong communicationskills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
