Job summary
A dynamic technology company based in Poland is seeking a Senior Guidewire Developer to take on a technical leadership role in software projects for clients in Scandinavia. The role involves working with Guidewire modules, mentoring team members, and integrating systems. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Guidewire, proficiency in Java and Gosu, and a solid understanding of CI/CD workflows. The position offers fully remote work and the opportunity to work on impactful international projects.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a software Guidewire developer.
- Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or Integrations.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire/Gosu.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows.
- Fluent English – essential for working in international teams.
- Openness to occasional travel.
- Availability to work full-time.
- Experience with GIT, Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Guidewire modules, primarily PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or Integrations.
- Review and write code (Java/Gosu), ensure test coverage and code quality.
- Integrate Guidewire with external systems.
- Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices.
- Support recruitment efforts for technical team members.
- Participate in occasional business trips.
