Senior Guidewire Developer @ Moondigo Sp. z o.o.

We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our team and work on projects for clients from the insurance and technology sectors in Scandinavia. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role – mentoring mid‑level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of Guidewire modules, primarily PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter or BillingCenter or Integrations – review and write code in Java/Gosu.
• Ensure test coverage and code quality; integrate Guidewire with external systems.
• Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and enforce best engineering practices.
• Support recruitment efforts for technical team members and participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter).
• Mentor senior and junior developers; maintain technical ownership and influence over team processes and solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum +5 years of experience as a software Guidewire developer.
• Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter or BillingCenter or Integrations.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows.
• Fluent English – essential for working in international teams.
• Openness to occasional travel.
• Availability to work full‑time.
