Job summary
A global jewelry company is seeking an Interim Associate Specialist for AP Accounting in Warsaw. The successful candidate will manage accounts payable tasks, requiring a strong accounting background and fluent English. This one-year contract offers a hybrid work model and various benefits including medical care, professional development support, and discounts on products. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of accounting experience and a proactive attitude.

- Minimum 2 years of experience with accounting.

- Preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Propose coding of AP external and internal invoices.
- Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Perform Month End Close activities including preparation and posting of accruals.
