For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Client Campaigns (Senior) Coordinator role. The exact level of position will be adjusted to the successful candidate individually based on their professional experience and how they present themselves during the recruitment process.

About the team

Join our global team supporting digital marketing campaigns that enhance client experience and drive business growth. Collaborating with business development, marketing, creative, and digital communications teams, our function covers planning, execution, analytics, and innovation in digital marketing.

You will be responsible for
  • Executing email marketing campaigns, including day-to-day content sourcing and creation, to ensure on-time campaign launches and smooth coordination
  • Coordinating demand-generation marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Analysing client data to identify targeted marketing opportunities
  • Advising stakeholders on media and marketing trends and innovation
  • Creating and sourcing engaging content for campaigns
  • Monitoring, reporting, and visualising campaign and website performance
  • Guiding best practice and optimisation to achieve expected outcomes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective delivery
  • Supporting stakeholders in using digital campaign tools
  • Assuring quality and accuracy in client-facing materials

Location and working hours
