Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading complex projects in the public sector
• Strong technical background with a meticulous approach to problem‑solving
• Expertise in software architectures and patterns for web‑based applications: .NET backend, SPA architectures, asynchronous processing, performance, resiliency, and self‑healing
• Experience with cloud‑based development: App Service, AKS, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Redis cache, OIDC, oAuth, Application Insights, CI/CD automation, DevOps, YAML, PowerShell, ARM templates, Bicep
• Experience with on‑premise development: IIS, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, MongoDB
• Demonstrated ability to coach and support team members effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards and performance metrics
