We are currently seeking an Junior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic, global team. This role plays a crucial part in our technical endeavors, focusing on Salesforce development to meet the needs of our clients. As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will be implementing Salesforce solutions following industry best practices.

• 1+ year of experience with Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Familiarity with Aura and Visualforce.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and App Builder.
• Awareness of Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and basic knowledge of data migration tools.
• Salesforce Developer certifications will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Consultants/Technical Architects to understand requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Assist in the research, development, unit-testing, and deployment of custom solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Configure Salesforce applications, including data schema, security model, and automation tools, to support business processes and implementation goals.
• Develop and maintain Apex logic and Lightning components to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces and logic.
• Work with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions under supervision.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and implement new functionalities.
