As an Account Manager for Poland, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer base in one of our most dynamic markets. You\'ll nurture long-term relationships with our clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure they get the most value out of our products and services. From onboarding support to regular check-ins, renewals, and upselling opportunities, you\'ll take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle. You\'ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and develop a deep understanding of our product as well as the specific market needs in Poland. By staying close to our clients, you\'ll play a key role in driving retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
