Job summary
A technology company is seeking a Mobile Developer to work on connected devices. The role involves designing and implementing BLE communication flows and collaborating closely with other engineers. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience, be proficient in Flutter, and possess strong communication skills. The position is remote-first, offering up to 30,000 PLN net plus VAT per month.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the mobile part of the project.
- Work closely with firmware and backend engineers.
- Design and implement BLE communication flows.
- Debug real-world device interactions.
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions.

Yourrole:
You’lljoinoneofourcross-functionalteamsworkingonconnectedproducts–thinkwearables,smartsensors,orhealthtechdevices.YourmainfocuswillbeBLE-basedmobiledevelopmenteitherinFlutter,iOS,Android,oramix.
You’llbeexpectedto:
takeownershipofthemobilepartoftheproject,
workcloselywithfirmwareandbackendengineers,
designandimplementBLEcommunicationflows,
debugreal-worlddeviceinteractions,
contributetoarchitectureandtechnicaldecisions,
communicatedirectlywiththeclient(youwon’tbehiddenbehindlayersofmanagement).

5+ years of experience as a Mobile Developer
Strong hands-on experience with BLE communication
Proficiency in Flutter and at least one native platform (iOS – Swift or Android – Kotlin)
Experience working with connected products, including device pairing and real-time data streaming
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable working in short sprints (1–2 weeks) in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with both teammates and clients
English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
Focus on product quality and user experience
