DATAGROUP Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced ETL/CP4D Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of our innovative projects. As an ETL/CP4D Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions. Your expertise will help us streamline data processes and enhance data quality across various platforms.

• Design and implement ETL processes using IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
• Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data integration solutions.
• Migration/ Redevelopment of the application to GoogleCloud

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in ETL development and data integration. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in ETL development, specifically with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
