Remote Sales Training Instructor & Analyst
Job summary
A leading global professional services company in Poland is seeking a specialist for a full-time role. You will conduct training, establish work culture, and build relationships with employees. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in talent or sales training, along with fluency in English. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in talent development (informal or formal) – Classroom training, mentorship, or coaching.
- Minimum of 1+ years in sales and/or sales training.
- Fluency in English, Polish proficiency is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training for new and experienced employees.
- Create and schedule classes.
- Establish and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture.
- Build relationships with managers and employees.
- Recommend improvements to streamline training methods.
- Escalate issues posing business risk to management.
- Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses and analyze training.
