The role
The General Manager will act as the CEO’s right hand and take ownership of day‑to‑day operations and business performance.
This is a profit‑first, entrepreneurial role combining strategy with hands‑on execution. You will lead a distributed team of ~20 people across revenue, product, engineering, IT operations, finance, and HR, with 4 direct reports.
The mandate is clear: drive sustainable growth, improve operational efficiency, and own results. As performance grows, the role naturally evolves toward COO / CEO succession.
Experience in infrastructure, data, proxy, or developer‑oriented SaaS is a strong plus.
