Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably within HVAC, plumbing, or a technical trade.
  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys face-to-face meetings and hands-on work with store teams.
  • Technical understanding or interest in HVAC products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and salespeople.
  • Conduct regular store visits to train and support sales teams.
  • Drive sell-out activities and in-store promotions.
