Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager

Location: Poland, Kraków

Reports to: Territory Director

Employment type: Full-time, field-based role with regular travel across Poland & Czech Republic

About our client:

They are a global leader in the HVAC/R industry, known for innovative solutions in condensate removal pumps, tools, cleaning products, and installation accessories.

They work closely with leading wholesalers and distributors across Eastern Europe and particularly in Poland, supporting their in-store sales teams and helping them grow sales within HVAC/R.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and salespeople at HVAC/R wholesalers and distributors
  • Conduct regular store visits to train and support sales teams on their products
  • Drive sell-out activities and in-store promotions in cooperation with the branches
  • Plan and deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer events
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and product sales
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to adapt activities to local markets
  • Report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity to the Territory Director
  • Profile
  • Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably within HVAC, plumbing, or a technical trade
  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys face-to-face meetings and hands-on work with store teams
  • Technical understanding or interest in HVAC products is an advantage
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable travelling independently across the region
  • Experience working with wholesalers or distributors is a plus

Languages:

  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)

Other requirements:

  • Valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 70–80% of the time)
