Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in talent development (informal or formal) – Classroom training, mentorship, or coaching.
• Minimum of 1+ years in sales and/or sales training.
• Fluency in English, Polish proficiency is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new and experienced employees.
• Create and schedule classes.
• Establish and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture.
• Build relationships with managers and employees.
• Recommend improvements to streamline training methods.
• Escalate issues posing business risk to management.
• Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses and analyze training.
