• Conduct market assessments to identify localization needs in new regions and products.
• Manage the localization budget, ensuring compliance and forecasting expenses.
• Support quality control procedures for translations and localized content.
• Collaborate with various departments to align localized content with strategic goals.
• Provide training on best localization practices to colleagues from other departments.
• Manage relationships with localization contractors and optimize resources.
• Oversee localization efforts for products across 5+ languages.
• Implement process automation to achieve target localization costs.
• Investigate strategies to optimize localization processes.
• Adapt product strategies to accommodate localization expansion.

• At least 5 years of experience in the localization industry.
• Native or professional proficiency in English, and at least one other language (C1+).
• Experience in setting up localization processes from scratch.
• Experience in localization into multiple languages.
