THINGS YOU WILL DO

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead independent audits and quality assessments of large-scale programs and projects within the organization. The role ensures that strategic initiatives adhere to best practices, PMO standards, and governance frameworks. You will collaborate closely with project teams, PMO, risk management, and internal audit, providing objective evaluations and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits of major programs and projects to assess compliance with governance standards and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Review project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and control mechanisms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate quality of deliverables, testing processes, and change management readiness.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management frameworks and PMO standards.
  • Monitor remediation actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Requirements:
  • 6–10+ years of experience in project management, audit, or quality assurance (preferably in banking or financial services).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and governance principles.
  • Professional certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CISA, CRISC, CIA.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills; ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing program reporting presentation and risk dashboard to C-levels
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
