Job summary

Livingston International in Poland is seeking a Workforce Scheduling & Forecasting Analyst to help ensure the right resources are in place to meet demand while maintaining service levels.

You will forecast workload, build schedules, monitor real-time activity, and generate insights. Requires 3+ years in workforce management, strong Excel skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience supporting a call center, processing center, contact center, or high-volume operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management methodologies, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Experience with workforce management platforms and scheduling tools.
• Experience with Avaya or other ACD phone systems preferred.
• Experience with Verint Workforce Management is preferred.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 5,569 - 6,962 PLN per month
